Refresh and upgrade your CRF300L's valvetrain with new OEM Honda valves or premium Black Diamond valves, lightweight Kibblewhite springs with titanium retainers, and CBR300R camshafts.
New Intake and Exhaust Valves are OEM Honda parts and required when installing one of our ported heads (fresh valve seats require fresh valves). Comes as a complete set of two intake valves and two exhaust valves, with replacement Kibblewhite viton valve seals.
Black Diamond Intake and Exhaust Valves are lightweight, coated, one-piece forgings with profiles that provide excellent flow characteristics. Every surface is either CNC machined or ground as top quality valves should be. Comes as a complete set of two intake valves and two exhaust valves, with replacement Kibblewhite viton valve seals.
Lightweight Springs are 18 grams lighter per set for a total reciprocating weight reduction of 64 grams. That's the equivalent of a stack of 11 quarters! A lighter valvetrain makes the engine more responsive, allows the engine to safely rev higher, and helps reduce valve seat and face wear. Comes with with replacement Kibblewhite viton valve seals.
CBR300R Camshafts are a drop-in upgrade from Honda's own lineup. Increased lift helps boost horsepower without undermining midrange torque. These cams are required when running the 301cc big-bore kit.

All the parts look very nice and I'm excited to get started on this project! ☺️
So I bought the BIG BORE kit along with the CNC ported and light weight vales and light weight springs and retainers. I have built plenty of hot rods in days gone by and a light weight valve train package is always on the list of parts to get. The weight savings helps the engine rev quicker and decelerate faster which is great for all types of riding and racing. Along with less punishment that the valve seats receive. It all adds up to a engine that will run better and last longer. Both plusses in my book.
Along with the big bore kit, the bottom end still has good power and you can notice a power increase from mid-rangeto redline.
