I tried it... now I'm buying it!

Ari let me swing a leg over one of his fully prepped rigs - a CRF300L, outfitted with his big bore kit and all the bells and whistles to make the bike sing. But honestly, what I was curious about was the suspension work done to the bike and how it affected the chassis. The bike was rocking Racetech pistons and spring kit in the forks, paired with a K-Tech shock, if I’m not mistaken.

I’m well past my "fast and furious" stage in life. These days I’m all about seeking harmony and balance in my riding experience. And let me tell you, after spending some time on that bike Ari carefully wrenched together, I can say it's one well-balanced, very tractable machine. It’s not exactly a featherweight, fire-breathing beast, but the combination of weight, suspension, and available power on tap creates a beautifully balanced experience.

I'm currently on the list of building up a bike with Ari's 301 kit and I can't wait to put a bunch of (s)miles on it. Yeeew!
