ECU Tune For 301cc Big Bore

We've partnered with the wizard at 550 Performance to offer a custom tune to match our 301cc big-bore kit with or without ported cylinder head.

This flashed ECU is required when running the the big-bore kit. Stage 3.0 is intended for the big-bore kit, aftermarket exhaust, CBR300R camshafts, vented airbox lid, and hi-flow velocity stack. A hi-flow air filter is optional. Stage 3.5 is the same as above but with a ported cylinder head. 

This tune is more than just a fuel map. Here are some of the key features:

• Engine speed limiter set to 11,000 RPM
• Warm idle speed adjusted to 1,500 RPM
• Refined ignition timing tables tailored for 91 (R+M)/2 (95 RON) octane fuel
• Primary fuel tables fine-tuned for peak power output
• Secondary fuel tables optimized for component protection
• Elimination of check engine lights related to the EVAP and PAIR systems
• Deceleration fuel cut adjusted to improve on/off throttle sensitivity
