We've partnered with the wizard at 550 Performance to offer a custom tune to match our 301cc big-bore kit with or without ported cylinder head. .

This flashed ECU is required when running the the big-bore kit. Stage 3.0 is intended for the big-bore kit, aftermarket exhaust, CBR300R camshafts, vented airbox lid, and hi-flow velocity stack. A hi-flow air filter is optional. Stage 4.0 is the same as above with a ported cylinder head

This tune is more than just a fuel map. Here are some of the key features:

  • Engine speed limiter set to 11,000 RPM
  • Warm idle speed adjusted to 1,500 RPM
  • Refined ignition timing tables tailored for 91 (R+M)/2 (95 RON) octane fuel
  • Primary fuel tables fine-tuned for peak power output
  • Secondary fuel tables optimized for component protection
  • Elimination of check engine lights related to the EVAP and PAIR systems
  • Deceleration fuel cut adjusted to improve on/off throttle sensitivity

Feeling same spot on. Pulls much better all through the power band. Modded dual snorkel air filter inlet, twin air filter, 550 no cut intake tube, cams, big bore, Chinesium FMF exhaust with spark arrestor. Much more fun now.
