The CRF250L and 300L’s frame/footpeg-bracket junction is a known weak point. Even a minor tip over can crush and buckle the frame, and riders report welds tearing without ever dropping their bikes. 

The Footpeg Bracket Brace from our new parts division, Advanced Ride Innovations, adds much-needed reinforcement and structural support to a vulnerable area of the bike. The kit utilizes the engine-bolt access holes in the frame as the foundation for a machined-aluminum cradle that hugs the existing footpeg bracket, providing crucial support and helping distribute impact loads. The frame plugs also protect the edges of the access holes from bending and deforming due to rock strikes.  

The ARI Footpeg Bracket Brace kit includes: 

• Left and right bracket braces
• Hardened-steel clevis pins
• Grade-8 zinc-plated mounting hardware
• Replacement split pins
• A 2ml tube of resealable threadlock (so you can add the tube to your tool kit) 

The Advanced Ride Innovations Footpeg Bracket Brace fits 2017-2020 CRF250L/Rallys and 2021-up CRF300L/Rallys and is compatible with all aftermarket footpegs and most skid plates. The popular Acerbis skid plate requires trimming, best accomplished with a Dremel tool.
